| Abstract(in English) | In the education in the company,it′s necessary to judge the effe ct of the education how much influence the education gave to an actual business.However,the effect often vanishes without becoming information used for an actual business in the lecture.The reason for it is that the theme which sticks to attending a learner′s act ual business is not made a theme.We decided to improve the contribution degree to the business of the education by assuming attending a learner′ s actual business to be a theme of the educat ion as it is.In addition,we educates by both the classroom and in his, her office with a multi media personal-computer and CD-ROM courseware material.And,the information collection and the analysis for the business were done easily,the review of the expert was received,and an effective education was made to be able to be done. |
