| Abstract(in English) | Two temporal communication networks via the Japan′s experimental satellite have been established in the Asia-Pacific region for conducting distance education experiments,medical data exchange trials,and computer networking trials.These experiments in conjunction with International Space Year activities are advancing the development of new satellite communications applications and the dispersal of satellite communication technology among Asia- Pacific countries. |
