Abstract(in English) The learning environment for the dynamics on the computer has been developed.A student can simulate the dynamical phenomena with arbitrary condition on the computer.IPE simulates the dynamical phenomena using the difference scheme corresponding to the equations of motion which are generated from the information given by the learner to construct the world graphically. IPE has the understanding module of simulated phenomena using the prescribed scripts about physical phenomena.IPE can understands the simulated events which starts from the arbitrary condition given by the learner.
