Abstract(in English) We have experimentally developed a simulation-type educational software,in which a variety of advanced technologies such as multimedia,expert system,network etc are utilized.This software simulates the structure of Japanese economy and its transition since World War II until today.Under macro economy model,it composes a network by allocating PC′s for the household,the enterp rize and the government respectively,together with a PC which supervises the whole system.The software visualises historical backgrounds and results of simutations by employing such facilities as images,graphics,moving pictures and video movies,and develops stories along with the scenario which adopts game techmique.It also has an electronic dictionary. Furthermore it assists by the expert system,the execution of teaching strategies selected by teachers,and of studying process performed by model pupils.
