| Abstract(in English) | There has been growing needs for the CAI of EPSS(Electronic Performance Support System) type, to obtain the necessary information to accomplish one's job. Firstly this report describes the HIPLUS which was developed under the clear philosophy of what is essential to the CAI of on-site self learning capabilities. Secondly it describes the added features for the better performances, which are resulting from the trial operation of the HIPLUS, both in learning performance and learning time. It covers the analysis of learning result and questionnaires based on the comparison between group-learning and self-learning by the HIPLUS. It also covers the new Q&A system using WWW. |
