| Abstract(in English) | Negotiation skill is an important property for all of us. For developing this skill, we should know negotiation techniques first and then use these techniques in the real world. "Know and Use" can be realized in the education course which is one of the best ways in efficiency point of view. I created an education course for negotiation skill up and I have been managing the course for about two years. The strong point of this course is using "debate" as a role play, because "debate" is very effective to develop logical thinking and logical expression skill that we need in business negotiations. |
