Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Delphi method is one of methods for adjusting group opinions and concurring with them. One typical feature of this method is observation of their previous response results, by which individual members are able to make their next decisions and/or to renew their responses. But their responses are renewed in an off-and-on way by the traditional Delphi method. In order to resolve the above limitation, a real-time Delphi method such as a group analyzer had been developed. However, this method has several restrictions, e.g. space and time limitation. Therefore, we has developed a new real-time Delphi method without their restrictions. Our method can be utilized on internet. This paper shows features of our method compared with the traditional ones and presents functions, utilization examples of our method.
