Analysis of Strategies for Cooperative Problem Solving under Computer Network Environment

Abstract(in English) Protocol analysis of coopertive problem solving has been held under the computer network chat system. The rank ordering problems of the part of articles is designed and subjects were asked to order 7 cards into preferred sequence. Cooperative problem solving by 30 subjects (divided into 10 groups and 19 experimental tasks as total) shows the necessity of strategies in order to understand the structure of the problem and how to solve them to solve the problem successfully. Differences of discourse categories transitions were found between successful groups and failed groups to solve the problems.
