Abstract(in English) | Even Though integrated circuits have contributed to a much higher reliability for digital systems, there are still occasions when digital systems do not operate properly. In order to detect a trouble, bug, or failure in a digital system, the operation of digital systems must be understood. To accomplish these objectives an engineering or science student must understand basic engineering concepts and digital circuits fundamentals. |
