Abstract(in English) | The audibly disabled cannot always get the benefits of the current telecommunication based on phonetic media. Therefore, we are developing a telecommunication system for sign language utilizing motion sensing and VR technologies called S-TEL. In this paper, the conceptual design of S-TEL and some discussions about the way to increase expressive power of signs given on the course are introduced. |
