Abstract(in English) On volleyball in social physical education a director plays important role. A director analyzes the team from many points of view, makes a training plan and encourages members of team to achieve the purpose. In that time, it is important factor to establish the team that a director gets some idea of which members feel for the team. Authors investigated some images for the team which is active in Nagasaki city by employing association test. We could visualize the image of members form adapting the data of images to information theory and expressing the map of necessity of training ,fulfillment of training and hardness or ease of training.
