Abstract(in English) | Learning through experimental experience is effective for students to master the science subject. However, it is difficult to do experiments such as the high voltage and the large electric current in the electrical teaching materials because of the danger of an electric shock. This paper presents the new teaching style of science experiments by television conference system via ISDN line connected between the Research Institute and the experimental room in our school. At first, students do electric experiment using Faraday cage and study the electric current, the electric shock and the function of earth line. After the experiment, the students try to understand the electricity and ask the researcher the detail of an electricity through TV conference system. They can also confirm their electric knowledge through observing the lightning experiment by high voltage generator in the Institute. This teaching system is useful for students how to learn a real electric phenomenon. |
