Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When new hires have competing preferences for one's places of work and each one's place of work has a fixed capacity (limited number of new hires), we consider the method for placing the new hires into the one's places of work. It is impossible to obtain an optimal solution that satisfies two requirements," maximization of the total satisfaction of new hires" and "maximization of the satisfaction of decision makers", in perfection. By applying AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and fuzzy mathematical programming to this problem, we can find a solution which satisfies the two requirements. In this paper, we propose a theory to get an optimal solution of the problem and put the theory in practice.
