Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied effect of physical exercise on lerning efficiency. In calculating and memorizing task, we evaluated a change of learning efficiency witch was influenced by strength of physhical work. As a result, when physical exercise was modest, learning efficiency advanced. But when physical execise was excessive, it decreased. We did objective and subjective evaluation in order to know biological load. We studied relationship between learning efficiency and characteristic of evaluation which reflected personal physhical ability. As a result, effective relation was found between learning efficiency and a change of heart rate in physical exercise.
