Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) I have researched the design of progrmam for Thai language phrase structure rules and its computer processing. In order to realize the above research, I have set up my themes the followings, 1) to make basic phrase structure rules of Thai language syntax, 2) to analyze Thai language sentences by using Definite Clause Grammar, 3) to make case structures for semantic analysis and 4) to structure semantic primitive. I used Prolog-Kaba as computer processing. As Thai language phrase structure rules have not been popularized as yet, I tried making a simple sentence to phrase structure rules. And then, I inputed case information for verbs, doing semantic analysis in connection with the unification function of Prolog. For further study, I would like to consider designing a simple Q & A system, incorporating it into this system for the sake of constructing authentic computer aided instruction for the Thai language
