| 抄録(和) | 東南アジア諸国における情報処理人材の育成標準の動向について述べる。特に、東南アジア地域コンピュータ連合 (SEARCC) の中核となるシンガポールにおける情報技術教育とその基盤となる情報政策の特徴を具体的に述べる。さらに本論文では、同国と日本との情報処理人材に関する比較調査を通じて、我が国における人材育成の今後の課題について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | A study of Information Technology Education in Singapore and the special features of its informatization policy which is its basis, to show trends in the personnel training of Information Technology Professionals among the Southeast Asian nations, as Singapore is the core country of the Southeast Asian Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC). Further, to make a comparative study of the Information Technology personnel between Singapore and Japan, a nd discuss future tasks in the training of personnel. |
