Abstract(in English) On the basis of CALS concepts, we have invented Development Supporting System (as a model), which enables us to create Electronic Teaching Materials of good quality. We analyzed so-called "good teaching materials" and defined its structure and character on DTD. This is what we call ETM Development Supporting Model We can create ETM easily by writing knowledge (i.e. what we are supposed to teach) on it.
