| Abstract(in English) | Permittivity and permeability of microwave absorber panels made of non-woven fabric were measured by reflections from the panel in free space. In this sheet thin metal needles of 10 to 20mm in length are dispersed randomly. By the use of the measured material constants, 3-layer absorber panel at 5.8GHz were tried to design. |
