Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, the malfunction characteristic of voltage-to-frequency (V/F) converter type A/D Converter is clarified for incident noise on AC mains. It is concluded that noise immunity of the A/D converter is dominated by one-shot multivibrator's noise immunity in V/F converter and the integrator shows the abnormal response according to one-shot multivibrator upset.
