Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | When the obstacle exists within the waveguide region, electromagnetic fields near the obstacle region requires, in addition to the fundamental mode, many of nonpropagating higher order modes. Propagating fundamental mode can be represented by transmission line model, but nonpropagating higher order modes are represeted by lumped elements and electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of obstacle region can be modeled by mulit-port equivalent circuit. In this paper, we solve this problem by deriving a numerical solution for the integral equation which give rigorous higher order electromagnetic fields. We use Galerkin method, which is one of the method of moments to solve the integral equation. |
