Abstract(in English)	This paper describes about the factors of the waveform fluctuations of the old type electrostatic discharge tester which output switch is added for the new IEC801-2.The discharge at the high voltage switch makes the waveform dull.The difference of the load capacitance by the 3-types of the discharge electrodes does not change the waveform at measurement.The new analytical models are made for a circuit simulator to examine the time response of the tester.The result,the stray capacitance near the resistance and of the return cable determines the sharp and fine waveform of the simulator,is verified by the measurement using 2-types of the return cable.
