Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is necessary to clear the EMC specification with the popularization of an electronic equipment at a high level. In the noise measures,it is the most certain techniques to remove the cause of the generation side. In this report, the device which caught the electro-magnetic wave radiated from PCB in a minute area was developed. The characteristic of this system can specify the noise distribution and the source. It is a composition by which probe is freely driven. Therefore,a high decomposition ability is obtained. The example of PCB′s measures made for trial purposes is described.Materializing the measures work becomes possible by making an electro-magnetic wave visible.
