Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The reducing method using arresters installed in subscriber telecommunication lines against the induced over-voltage from a high-power transmission line has been studied. However, these studies were almost done with respect to toll lines relatively simplified model for the countermeasure using arresters. In this paper, the reducing effects taking into account the discharge condition of arresters applied to the fundamental model for the subscriber lines are described experimentally and analytically. As the result,it was found that the both of reducing characteristics with the large scale model almost agree well.
