Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Radiated emission noise simulator using accurate current waveforms along traces on printed circuit boards has been developed. The internal currents in lossy coupled transmission lines with nonlinear devices are extracted for the far-electric field calculation using generalized mothod of characteristics and analog behavioral models for digital ICs.This simulator interfaced with PCB-CADs enables a designer to simultaneously evaluate radiated emission, reflection, and crosstalk noise for analog and digital circuits.
