| 抄録(和) | これまでに、筆者らはプリント基板から放射するノーマルモードの電界をシミュレーションする技術の開発を行なってきた。この報告書では、このシミュレーションに必要なレシーバICモデルについて報告する。レシーバICとして各種標準ロジックICを想定し、ICの入力インピーダンスを測定した。この結果よりレシーバICの等価回路を導くとともに各回路定数のばらつきを検討した。また、導出したモデルを用いた放射EMIのシミュレーション結果と測定値を比較することにより、モデルの妥当性を確認した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Up to this time, we developed the technology that can simulate normal - mode emission radiated from printed circuit boards. This paper describes the receiving IC's models which are needed to simulate radiated emission. We supposed the logic IC like LS - TTL as the receiving IC. And we measuered the input impedance of the logic IC. From these results, we have led the equivalent circuits of receiving IC and we evaluated the distributions of the equivalent circuits' constants. Moreover we made sure the propriety of the receiving IC's model by comparing the measured value with the simulated value of radiated emission. |
