Abstract(in English) | Up to this time, we developed the technology that can simulate normal - mode emission radiated from printed circuit boards. This paper describes the receiving IC's models which are needed to simulate radiated emission. We supposed the logic IC like LS - TTL as the receiving IC. And we measuered the input impedance of the logic IC. From these results, we have led the equivalent circuits of receiving IC and we evaluated the distributions of the equivalent circuits' constants. Moreover we made sure the propriety of the receiving IC's model by comparing the measured value with the simulated value of radiated emission. |
