Magnetization characteristics of thin films at high frequency and magnetic large field

Abstract(in English) We fabricated a high frequency and large field permeance meter for soft magnetic thin films. The main idea of the propose permeance meter is to design the multiturn helmholtz coil taking account of its inductance and stray capacitance quantitatively. We measured the permeance of soft magnetic thin film s at large field using the proposed instrument. The permeance along the hard axis of magnetization decreased around the anisotropy field. The permeance along the easy axis of magnetization changed when the amplitude of magnetic field exceed the corresponding ac coercive force.
