Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The performance of radio communication systems is much degraded by the effect of microwave oven interferences, and then in order to obtain a good error performance under microwave oven interference environment, the radio communication systems should be designed for microwave oven interference environment. In this paper, using the class-A impulsive radio noise model, we propose a statistical model of microwave oven interference and discuss the performance improvement achieved by an optimum reception. Numerical results conclude that the first order statistical characteristics of microwave oven interferences can be modeled as a class-A impulsive radio noise and their effects are decreased by using optimum reception.
