Abstract(in English) | We analyzed the collision ESD phenomena by use of both the charging process of the metal objects and the impulse radiation mechanism. We concluded that one of the charging processes of a metal object is the dynamic charge induction mechanism under a fluctuating (moving) field. A strong impulsive electromagnetic field is observed on the moving axis of the collision objects. |
