Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We analyzed the collision ESD phenomena by use of both the charging process of the metal objects and the impulse radiation mechanism. We concluded that one of the charging processes of a metal object is the dynamic charge induction mechanism under a fluctuating (moving) field. A strong impulsive electromagnetic field is observed on the moving axis of the collision objects.
