Abstract(in English) In this paper, we have examined LCTL characteristics of balanced pair cable circuit with local capacitive unbalance at the terminal end or at the arbitrary point of the balanced cable. The balanced pair cable circuit includes a balanced pair cable and terminal equipment. We also have examined LCTL of balanced pair cable with test splicing. It has been presented that the capacitive unbalance at the far end terminal can be compensated by an added capacitor at the near end and described how to combine the balanced cable in test splicing.
