Abstract(in English) | It is pointed out that spark discharge current caused by the neutralization of charge on a charged matter is hard to measure. In this paper, spark discharge current due to the charge neutralization was tried to measure using a charged plate and spark discharge wave forms were almost coincided with those theoretically obtained in the paper. Magnetic fields measured were very similar to those obtained by the calculation using spark discharge current measured. |
