Interactive Analysis of Black-Box Circuit and Antenna Using FDTD Method

Abstract(in English) The interactions between circuit quantities and electromagnetic fields have been treated as the direct linking problem of FDTD method and circuit simulation code such as SPICE. However, SPICE data are not available in most practical cases. In this paper, a novel method to connect the black-box circuit and electromagnetic fields using the V-I characteristics or the reflection coefficient at the input port, is proposed. The validity of the method is confirmed numerically.
