Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Electromagnetic energy coupled into equipment housing through such an aperture could cause serious trouble to the circuits inside. It is expected that resonant modes inside the housing are dependent on the geometrical dimensions and location of a PCB. By the analyses based on the TLM method, we investigate for influence of the PCB inside the housing with an aperture on resonant modes. As a result, it is found that new resonant modes are generated by inserting the PCB into the housing, and also that the ground conductor of the PCB performs as a patch antenna. |
