Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To construct the wiring rule of printed circuit trace design, cross talk noise is studied on the parallel traces with non equivalent length. The logic circuit with two parallel traces and typical logic ICs is model and the cross talk is simulated in changing the role of the traces as signal or victim line, the signal direction of each traces and the adjacent position. In our model, the cross talk strongly depends on the adjacent postion of the ttraces and following noise reduction rules are obtained. (1) Same signal direction is better. (2) Signal drivers of the each traces hadbetter tobe near position. And from the cross talk wave form, it is explained that the position dependency is caused by cancelling inductive coupling of the traces.
