Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When the current is on into the line that is distributed constant circuit, the standing wave is occurring in it. SICPR set up a value of line voltage in the power course line as the strength of the noise. But when the standing wave is occurring in the line, line voltage is different by the place even in the same electric power. So we must measure line-to-line impedance, the phase and the value, then we can get line-to-line electric power value and it is the same value by the place even. It is the strength of the sustained oscillatory noise.
