Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We analyzed collision ESD phenomena both the charging process of metal objects to be collided and impulse radiation mechanism of the metal objects. We concluded that one of the charging processes of a metal object is dynamic charge induction under a fluctuating (moving) static field. A strong impulsive electromagnetic field is observed on the moving axis of the collision objects.
