Technique for Estimating Electromagnetic Field Distribution near equipment Using Wire-Grid Approximation

Abstract(in English) In estimating Technique, the equipment is approximated by a wire-grid model and the method of moment is applied to evaluate electromagnetic field distribution near equipment. In the other hand, electromagnetic field distribution in the surrounding of the representation of the structure by copper wires was measured by Electric Field Sensor using LiNbO_3 Optical Modulator. As the result, the calculated values from 30 MHz to 1 GHz are good agreement with the experimental ones. Although, at frequency low enough as the dimension of the model can be ignored compared to the wave length, the possibility to approximate the model to wires representing the edges only was confirmed.
