Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Advanced information retrieval system must have abilities to cope with heterographic word expressions(heterograms). Previous information retneval systems, however, do not cope with such heterogaphic keywords when user retrieves information with keywords of other spellings. From this point of view, we implemented a new information retrieval system with abilities of processing katakana-heterograms. In this paper, we describe classification of katakana-heterograms, information retrieval model we adopted, over view of information retrieval system, a procedure of how to propose heterographic keywords, and evaluation of the system we proposed. |
