Abstract(in English) | Advanced information retrieval system must have abilities to cope with heterographic word expressions(heterograms). Previous information retrieval systems, however, do not cope with such keywords when user retrieves information with keywords. From this point of view, we have implemented a new information retrieval system with abilities of processing katakana-heterograms. In this paper, we describe classification of katakana-heterograms, information retrieval model, information retrieval system, and evaluation of the system with some considerations. |
