| 抄録(和) | 対話中に変化する相手 (ユーザ) の情緒を推定し, システムの応答プランニングに利用する技術の研究開発は, ヒューマンフレンドリな対話システムを構築するための有効なアプローチの一つと考えられる. このようなアプローチについてはすでに萌芽的な研究がいくつか見られるものの, ユーザの情緒の推定に必要な機構や情緒推定と応答プランニングの相互作用についてはまだほとんど明らかになっていない. そこで我々は, これらの問題を解明する手段の一つとして, 情緒タグつき対話コーパスの構築を検討している. 本稿では, 情緒タグつき対話コーパスを構築することの現実性について, 我々がこれまでに行った予備調査の結果を報告し, その中で明らかになった問題点について議論する. |
| 抄録(英) | The mechanisms for reasoning the emotions of dialogue participants have a good potential for enhancing the user-friendliness of dialogue systems. However, since such emotional aspects of dialogue have been paid very limited attentions in the field of dialogue processing, there are still many open issues with respect to, for instance, what is required to dynamically infer the user's emotions from the context of dialogue, how this emotion inference task interacts or should interact with the utterance planning task, etc. To explore these issues, it should be needed to construct considerable amount of corpora that are annotated in terms of the participants' emotions. Given this context, this paper reports our on-going activities to explore the feasibility of emotion-tag annotation in dialogue corpora, discussing several issues that have become salient through it. |
