Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Basing on the following brain mechanism, a speech language translator is discussed. A decoder can be carried out IF THEN rule and it can be used for a representative of the action. If the memory of an action which consists of decoder divides the function, the decoder forms a layered structure. Where a module of the decoders in the lower layer must be connected by AND logic to the upper decoder tand the upper layered decoder must be connected by OR logic to the lower decoders. Such configuration of decoders able to represent the concept i.e.sentence, word and morpheme. The layered structure of decoders is a memory which needs data driven timing controlled registers.
