| Abstract(in English) | The IEC standard of dependability term has been passed by a minute correction by the supplement document since 1990 year great revised edition had been issued. However, a lot of standard related to IEC/TC56 were made afterwards, a lot of terms were newly defined in each standard, and mutual disagreements came to be happen, too. Moreover, there was a proposal that the terms related to the software reliability is to be introduced according to progress of technology. Those became an important problem. Then, it has been decided that an overall review will be done again at this time, and the revised edition be made. |
