| 抄録(和) | 同一ユニットが格子状に配置されたマルチユニットシステムの信頼性評価モデルとして知られているconnected-(r,s)-out-of-(m,n):Fシステムは, システム中のある箇所に故障ユニットが集中したときにのみシステム故障となる特徴をもつ. この特徴をワイブル分布の物理的モデルとして知られている最弱リンクモデルの一種であるととらえ, このシステムの信頼度関数がワイブル分布で近似できることを数値実験により検証する. さらにこの性質を用いることにより, 従来, 直接的にシステム信頼度の厳密解を得ることが困難であった, 大規模なconnected-(r,s)-out-of-(m,n):Fシステム, あるいは従属故障を考慮したconnected-(r,s)-out-of-(m,n):Fシステムに対して, システム信頼度のワイブル分布を用いた近似解析が有効であることを確認する. |
| 抄録(英) | The asymptotic lifetime distribution of a connected-(r,s)-out-of-(m,n):F system, which has mn components arranged like an (m,n) lattice and fails if component failures concentrate in a certain area, is discussed in this paper. The applicability of a Weibull distribution to the lifetime of the system is confirmed by numerical examples. This method can be applied to the case that the component failure is statistically dependent each other. |
