Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the conventional method, condition diagnosis is carried out based on the probability density function of time domain signal and power spectrum of frequency domain signal. However, in the condition diagnosis of these signals has serious drawbacks that are insensitive to the signal location or timing, so it is difficult to diagnosis the condition of reciprocating machinery. In this paper, we propose a new condition diagnosis method that can be extract the features of location and timing by introducing rotational angle density function. In this method, the machine condition is evaluated by Kullback-Leibler Information of rotational angle density function.
