| 抄録(和) | 保全性は信頼性から分離発展してその存在感を増している。建築業においても建設に維持メンテナンスの比重が徐々に増加しつつある。しかし保全性の実務適用での大きな問題は予防保全のプログラムが単体のユニットや設備への適用は出来てもシステムとしての設備への適用が出来ないことである。そこで既存の予防保全のプログラムを検討してシステムに適用できるように変形し、更に交換の前後で収益を比較することで交換の効果を検証出来るようにした。これにより有限期間内での収益を最高にする保全法が判明し、又保全方法の比較を行えるようになった。この算式を建築物の揚水ポンプシステムの実際例に適用してその有用性を確認した。 |
| 抄録(英) | The big problem in the practical use of maintainability is that preventive maintenance program cannot be applied for the system, though it can be used for the single unit. The existent program is improved for the system. Through the comparison of two profits gotten before and after replacement, the effect of the replacement has become possible to be evaluated. By using this method, the most profitable way within the decided time has become clear. It has also become possible to judge more profitable way between two maintenance ways. The effectiveness of this method is confirmed through the application of the method to the real example of water rising system in the building. |
