Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The big problem in the practical use of maintainability is that preventive maintenance program cannot be applied for the system, though it can be used for the single unit. The existent program is improved for the system. Through the comparison of two profits gotten before and after replacement, the effect of the replacement has become possible to be evaluated. By using this method, the most profitable way within the decided time has become clear. It has also become possible to judge more profitable way between two maintenance ways. The effectiveness of this method is confirmed through the application of the method to the real example of water rising system in the building.
