| 抄録(和) | コンポーネントの故障に統計的独立性を仮定できない場合のシステム及びコンポーネントの信頼性・保全性の解析手法を提案する.コンポーネントの故障率は, 隣接する故障コンポーネントの数により決まると仮定し, 予備との交換による保全が行われる時の格子状システムの信頼性解析を行う.まず始めに従属故障を考慮に入れた各コンポーネントの信頼度の近似値を求める.この結果を用いて, 予備コンポーネントがある場合に, 予め定められた運用が終了した時点での平均故障数を算出する.これにより必要な予備数の算定・システム信頼度の近似が可能となる. |
| 抄録(英) | An analysis of a component/system reliability/availability for a lattice system is proposed when component failures are not statistically independent. We deal the case that the failure rate of a component is determined by the number of the adjacent failed components, and a failed component is replaced to spare. At first, reliability approximation for a component is obtained. Then mean number of failed components and system reliability are approximated. |
