| 抄録(和) | 筆者らはa-Si:H太陽電池の効率の光劣化特性に関して、拡張指数関数モデルを実験的に求めている。累積劣化の視点から見ると、その式は第2種の最大値分布に等しい。そこでこの劣化事象の統計的解釈を試みた。太陽電池を微小電池の集合と捉え、劣化は個々の微小電池の故障の累積と考えれば説明できる。ただし、分布が観測される時間方向が逆である。微小電池の大きさの一つの目安は、一つのミクロな欠陥が周囲の光電流を吸い取っていまうような範囲と考えれば良い。そして、微小電池には欠陥が生じ得る局部点が沢山あり、欠陥への変化確率に分布がある、とすると第2種の最大値分布が導き出される。 |
| 抄録(英) | From the standpoint of failures,the degradation model of a-Si:H solar cells is as same as second extreme distribution function of the largest value.Therefore we try to make statistical explanation of the degradation phenomenon. The nature can be explained as that a solar cell is a set of very fine micro cells,and that degradation is cumulative failure of them.But the direction of the time sequence on the observation of the distribution is opposite.Micro cell contains many local points which can become to defect.The changeprobability into defect is distributed.The size of micro cell will be so small that a defect can act as a sink of all generated current in it. |
