Abstract(in English) | Many kinds of reliability growth evaluations have been investigated so far. In this paper we propose to apply a regression model to field data, and then report characteristic results of a case study for evaluating the reliability growth. In particular, our idea is based on the Duane model, which is represented by a first order regressive relation when the data are plotted into the log-log paper. In this case, we determine the regression model through AIC, which is well known in the time series analysis. Finally, we show the usefulness of the method here by illustrating ananalytica I results of the field data. |
