| Abstract(in English) | NHK(Japan Broadcasting Corp.) renewed TV transmitters of Tokyo Shiba transmitting station in 1984. Since solder defectiveness of power FET's were discovered in a few years, we have repaired the solder of all power FET's. However, damages by heat were also found in the solder of power amplifiers, we have investigated the condition and the cause of these deterioration on all Tr PAs. This papers discribes the result of investigation on the TrPA's deterioration and the improvement of the heat-sink for the Tr PAs |
